CANCELLATION POLICY
Blu Grooming Cancellation Policy I understand that sometimes schedules change, and cancellations are necessary. However, I rely on a tight schedule to accommodate all furry friends. To ensure I can continue providing excellent service, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: · Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. · Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Exceptions · Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. · Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
